I have an experience of 20 years in Training, have worked for 10 years with corporate in India and 6 Years as Trainer in United states. The Training are provided as LIVE classes over ZOOM and these are conducted One on One.

There are 10-15 questions that are frequently repeated in these interviews and then there are another 30 odd questions from which you will be presented with some questions.

These Interviews are detailed and the interview process is to try and ascertain

1.  if you are someone who will be a good fit to the program,
2. Are you willing to work and train with the hospital’s program and spend few years with them.
3. You should not come across as over ambitious
4. They are looking at a dedicated candidate with proven credentials
5. Primary personality traits should be, Hard working, Willingness to learn, Team Player, Adaptable, Understand program goals and willing to spend time (years) with the hospital and program.
