- Higher police presence to prevent crime
- Improvement in civic facilities
- Opening of a commercial project in the area to increase employment
SAMPLE ANSWER
To whomsoever it may concern,
My name is John Parker, I am a resident of North Town and off-late we are noticing a drastic rise in crime rate and even the civic facilities in this locality are found wanting. This letter is an attempt to bring these issues to your notice and request immediate measures
The area is getting infested with criminal elements and there is a rise in incidents of break-in, robbery and other crimes. I would suggest you to look into the matter. Increased police presence and patrolling in the area will ensure incidents of crime are brought down.
Furthermore, the civic facilities would need your kind attention too, the lanes in the area are full of pot holes and even the pavement is broken at many places, making it difficult for drivers as well as pedestrians. Additionally, I would request you to initiate a commercial project in the vicinity that can increase employment opportunities to the youth of this neighborhood.
Your kind attention to these matters of public welfare is appreciated in advance.
Regards,
John Parker
