Read the following information.

You live in a town where there is a green area in the centre of the town, the city authorities have asked residents for their opinion as to how to develop the area.

Building green area survey:

Option A:A stadium should be built with all modern training facilities for resident to participate in sporting activities.

Option B:A mall and entertainment centre should be build to encourage local businesses and create a wholesome entertainment for the residents. (Option-B Considered)

I appreciate the initiative taken by city authorities to develop the green belt for the betterment of life of town dwellers. I firmly believe that it should be developed into a mall and entertainment arena to support the citizen’s economic and mental well-being.

The mall and entertainment centre in the heart of the town will bring an economic boom to town. It will generate attention of investors from different sectors and these businesses set by large corporations will create massive employment opportunities for the youth of the town. Furthermore, it will create long term tax revenue model for the town authorities, which can be utilized in upgrading the civic facilities.

Additionally, in today’s hectic lifestyle, families find it challenging to spend quality time with each other. Currently, the entertainment centres are far away from town and after a tiring and stressful work week it becomes an arduous task to drive long distance to reach a place of entertainment. The entertainment centre will bring cheer to the families and will help residents enjoy with extended family and neighbours, creating a better community life.  

The overall financial and emotional health is possible when we have sizable consideration; accordingly, I recommend the city council to use our land for this purpose.
